Tony Leroy "Roy" Rollans, 87 of Delaware, passed away on Sunday, June 23, 2013 in Paris. He was born on March 14, 1926 in Paris to his parents Jimmy E. and Mary (Kellar) Rollans. He owned and operated his own Cap Board Mill which supplied Coal Mines in Logan and Johnson Counties. He was a United States Army Veteran of WWII and member of First Baptist Church in Delaware.
He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Ola Jean Rollans and ten brothers and sisters.

He is survived by his sons, Tony Leon Rollans of Paris, Jerry Rollans of Delaware and Lynn Rollans of Delaware; five grandchildren; six great grandchildren; special friends, Jo Rhinehart and Nelma Bennett.
Pallbearers were Rod Cameron, John Farnam, Nick Schluterman, Colton Phillips, Matt Schluterman and Zachary Rollans.
Honorary pallbearer was Mike Daniels.
