1 Acrobats On Wheels: High-flying bicycle acrobatics will be on display in “Cirque Mechanics: Pedal Punk,” steampunk-inspired show that will travel to Fort Smith for a 7:30 p.m. Wednesday performance as part of the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith’s Season of Entertainment 37. The show will take place at the ArcBest Corp. Performing Arts Center in the Fort Smith Convention Center, located at 55 South Seventh Street. 2 Night Sky Exploration: Visit Cameron Bluff Overlook at Mount Magazine State Park. Located far away from any cities, gives the mountain some of Arkansas’s best night sky viewing. Weather permitting, explore the night sky with a park interpreter for an excellent observation of stars, constellations, and planets. Feel free to bring your own binoculars, telescopes, blankets or lawn chairs. Admission is free.

3 Music Of TSO: On A Winter’s Night: the Music of Trans Siberian Orchestra will be presented Saturday at 7 p.m. This event is a fundraiser to support Arkansas Center for Music Education, presented in the beautiful Center for the Arts at Russellville High School, located at 2209 South Knoxville Avenue in Russellville. The production is under the musical direction of Dr. Brian Faulkner and audio/visual direction of Larry Roberts of RedBea Productions. Music from The Lost Christmas Eve will be featured in the first half with narration by Richard Gordon Minick. Second half will be TSO favorites. All seats are reserved. 4 Black Tie Bingo: The 10th annual Black Tie Bingo Gala will be held from 7 to 11 p.m., Saturday at the Fort Smith Public Library, 3201 Rogers Avenue. The evening will include bingo games, food, live music and raffles. The event is a library fundraiser benefiting the Fort Smith Public Library Endowment Trust.
