Ozark-St. Francis National Forests officials have reopened Cove Lake swimming area, however Spring Lake swim area remains closed to the public.

The swim areas were closed for health and safety reasons because high concentrations of E Coli were detected in the water after testing.

Information on these sites and other recreational opportunities on the Forest is available at http://www.fs.usda.gov/osfnf or by calling the Paris office at 963-3076.
