THEFTS

GRAND AVENUE, 1000 BLOCK: Clerks at The Point on Grand gas station told police that a man known as "J-mac" had robbed the store about 1:20 a.m. by handing the clerk a note stating "give me D money and nobody gets f*****," according to the police report. Surveillance video of the suspect writing the note was retrieved by police. The suspect usually drives a black Chevy truck or a silver Ford Taurus, the police report states.

TERRORISTIC THREATENING

JOSHUA MICHAEL HAND, 30, OF FORT SMITH  was arrested on suspicion of first-degree terroristic threatening in the 6700 block of South 29th Street during a domestic disturbance call. According to the police report, the Arkansas Department of Human Services was also called for two children in Hand's custody.

A FORT SMITH MAN told police a friend in McCurtain, Okla., had called him to say he was going to put him "underneath the hospital" for allegedly having sexual relations with the other man's girlfriends.

OTHER INCIDENTS/ARRESTS

JOSE GUADALUPE CHACON, 27, OF FORT SMITH was arrested in the 4900 block of St. Andrew's Way on a felony warrant for fleeing apprehension, according to a police report. According to the report, Robert Frias was also taken into custody for felony hindering apprehension.
