A new school year is right around the corner and the Paris School District will be holding its Fourth Annual Registration Event for new and current students next week.

The event will take place Wednesday, Aug. 1 and Thursday, Aug. 2 from noon until 7 p.m. each day at the Paris High School Cafeteria. The new school year begins on Monday, Aug. 13.

The event is an opportunity to complete regular “first of the school year” paper work such as updating address and telephone, fill out medical and transportation information, cafeteria information, Home Access Center items and to receive class supply lists.

Students who are new to the school district will need to stop by the Superintendent’s Office and pick up a registration packet and have it filled out before the event.

All students will pick up their schedules and find out who their home room teachers will be. Students can not get their schedules without a parent or guardian who has completed the registration process. Families who can’t attend the registration event will get their student schedule at each building’s Open House event.

If you have questions, call Tricia Stinnett or Debbie Featherston at 1-844-963-3243 in the Administration Building.

There will be very little paperwork sent home the first week of school for you to sign.

Also, there will be nightly drawings for $50 gift cards.
