CYPRESS PARK COVE, 4200 BLOCK: Clothes valued at $2,000 were reported stolen. A TV and a DVD player were reported damaged at $650.

CARTHAGE STREET, 1300 BLOCK: Clothes, jewelry and medicine valued at $8,001 were reported stolen.

CARTHAGE STREET, 2100 BLOCK: Money valued at $1,975 was reported stolen.

CAVANAUGH ROAD, 1400 BLOCK: A 1994 Ford Explorer valued at $1,000 was reported stolen.

CANTERBURY COVE, 8800 BLOCK: A theft was reported.

HIGHWAY 271 SOUTH , 8200 BLOCK: A 2002 Dodge Dakota valued at $2,800 was reported stolen.

A FORT SMITH WOMAN reported her ex-boyfriend choked her.

A PREGNANT FORT SMITH WOMAN reported her husband punched her in the back of the head.

FORGERIES/FRAUDS

A FORT SMITH MAN reported someone used his debit card at Walmart, 8300 Rogers Ave., to make a transaction of $16.78.

A WOMAN, NO ADDRESS LISTED, reported a man altered a check her mother wrote to him for $40.00 to $400.00 and cashed it.

A FORT SMITH MAN reported his ex-girlfriend used his Social Security card to take $900 out of his account.

A FORT SMITH WOMAN reported her credit card was stolen and used for three transactions valued at $920.

A MAN, NO ADDRESS LISTED, reported a woman wrote two checks to herself in her uncle's name at $1,330.

A MAN, NO ADDRESS LISTED, reported his brother, who is on parole, stole their father's debit card and made fraudulent charges. He said one of the charges was at a Walmart in Fort Smith.

A FORT SMITH WOMAN reported someone stole her gas card and had made transactions of $400.

A WOMAN, NO ADDRESS LISTED, reported a man wrote one of her checks to himself for $363 and cashed it at a convenience store in Fort Smith.

TERRORISTIC THREATENING

A FORT SMITH WOMAN reported a woman texted her children that she was going to make them orphans by killing her.

OTHER INCIDENTS/ARRESTS

A FORT SMITH WOMAN reported two wallets, a debit card, money, a driver's license, insurance cards, personal cards and a Social Security card valued at $160 were reported stolen in a vehicle break-in in the 1700 block of South T Street. She also reported one of the cards was used to obtain a gift card.

A SPIRO WOMAN reported her wallet, money, credit and identity cards valued at $856 were stolen and three transactions valued at $750.11 were made with her stolen cards.

A FORT SMITH WOMAN reported her ex-boyfriend stole her TV, glass table and cellphone valued at $4,000 and used her debit card to make charges valued at $1,543 while she was in jail.

ALVARO GUZMAN-TISCARENO OF FORT SMITH was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of under two grams of a Schedule I or II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia for ingesting methamphetamine or cocaine, a felony petition to revoke warrant out of Sebastian County, driving with a cancelled, suspended or revoked license and an Immigration Customs Enforcement hold.
