Katy Ann Plank was born Feb. 25, 1950, in Clarksville, Arkansas. She passed away Feb. 18, 2018, at the age of 67. She was a homemaker, a member of the Clarksville Church of Christ and the Johnson County Car and Truck Club.
Katy had a love for her family and her church family that was immeasurable. She made everyone smile. For many years she babysat children. In her eyes, these children belonged to her. Katy loved baseball. She listened to the Cardinals play when she was young with her Pa and to this day she knew the stats of each player and who needed to be coaching (or didn’t). There is no doubt she will know the beauty of Heaven.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Marvalene Brown McAlister.
She is survived by her husband, Darrell Plank; daughter, Julie Ann Moore, and husband, Bobby of Clarksville; grandchildren, Luke, Ryan (Tia), Matthew (Angela) Jones; one great-grandchild. She is also survived by her brother-in-law and sister-in-law Pat and Denise McHughes of Paris and others.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Friday, Feb. 23, 2018, at Clarksville Church of Christ.
