The Paris High School Lady Eagles saw their season end earlier than expected, but their body of work did not go unnoticed among their peers.

All District awards were given to three Lady Eagles, two sophomores and one senior.

The sophomores receiving All District recognition are Kieli Robinson and Sadie Stark. Robinson was a quick forward that played well on the perimeter, but was lethal around the basket. Shooting guard Sadie Stark was often lethal behind the arc, shooting at a high percentage, signing her work with hustle and grit.

The lone senior to receive the honor is not surprise to Paris fans, as Lycia Peevy takes the award for the third time, while also being selected as an All State honoree.

The Arkansas State University signee was dominant in the paint, both offensively and defensively. Few athletes possess the size and speed that allowed Peevy to play at any position. With the retirement of Coach Irvin Fairfield, the incoming coach will have some talented underclassmen returning to help the Lady Eagles next season.
