Here are some activities going on this week in the area:

1 Wheeling and dealing: Wheelin’ and Dealin’ 2018 is an open wheeling weekend, offroad swap meet, and fun for everyone will be held at Rock Creek Racing and Recration ORP, located at 3228 Ferguson Valley Road in Booneville, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.The park will open at noon on Friday and will close at 5 p.m. on Sunday. Except for emergencies, the entrance gate will close both nights from midnight to 7 a.m. the next morning. Attendees must be 18 to enter alone. Otherwise the must enter with and be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times or parents or legal guardians can download, complete, sign and notarize the “Minor Child Release and Permission Form” from R You must then bring the from and the adutl designee, who must be 18 or older as well, to enter. A weekend pass for those 13 and older is $30; 12 and under is $10 per person. Parking is free, as are vehicles. Camping is likewise free although primitive, but generators are welcome. A Sunday only fee is $10 per person.

2 Beauty and the Beast: Community School of the Arts Theater Company in Fort Smith will perform the play Beauty and the Beast at Friday at 7 p.m. and Saturday at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. at the ArBest Performing Arts Center, located at 55 South Seventh Street in Fort Smith. Tickets are $15 for adults, $12 for students or $10 for groups of 10 or more.

3 Women of Country: Sara Evan’s All the Love tour will make a stop at the Choctaw Casino’s CenterStage Event Center, 3400 Choctaw Road in Pocola, Okla., at 8 p.m. Saturday. The tour, which also features sets by RaeLynn, and Kalie Shore, is a free, 21-and-older concert for those who have a Rewards Club card. Those who don’t have a card can sign up for a free card at the door.

4 Are you funny?: There will be an even of stand-up and open mic comedy at The Ave, 3211 Towson Ave., in Fort Smith on Friday. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., sign-ups for sessions begin at 7 p.m., and the show starts at 7:30. All types of comedy are welcome.
