FORT SMITH, Ark. (March 29, 2019) – Baptist Health-Fort Smith will host a free educational event
with Aldon Corle, M.D., OB/GYN, from noon to 1 p.m., Wednesday, April 17, in the Baptist Health
Classroom located inside the hospital.
Dr. Corle will discuss current issues in women's health, including symptoms and risk factors
of cervical cancer, human papilloma virus (HPV) and ovarian cancer, as well as treatment options
for pelvic prolapse and urinary incontinence.
Free blood pressure and bone density screenings will also be available courtesy of Baptist
Health Breast Center-Fort Smith and Baptist Health Women's Clinic-Fort Smith. Appointments for
both cervical screenings and mammogram screenings can be made during the event.
