The City of Paris Pool has announced that the Paris City Pool is scheduled to open on Tuesday, May 28.
The hours of operation for the public will be Monday through Saturday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Sunday from 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Admission is $2.00 per person. All children ages ten years and under must be accompanied and cared for by a responsible person 16 years old.
All persons swimming must be in swimming attire.
Season pool passes can be purchased for $35.00 per person. Family passes are also available for $65.00 for a family of two, $90.00 for a family of three, $105.00 for a family of four, $120.00 for a family of five. For families of more than five, a $15.00 additional charge will be added for each family member. All family members must reside in the same household. Pool passes are non-transferable.
The Paris City Pool offers two-hour private parties with two lifeguards on duty for $50.00 for any night of the week from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. or from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Private parties must be paid in full at the time of scheduling, and the party will not be secured until payment is made in full. Refunds for private parties will only be issued if the pool staff calls off the party due to weather or mechanical failure. The pool staff must be notified in advance of parties of 35 or more people.
Swimming lessons will be held at the Paris City Pool beginning June 3. There will be four sessions: June 3 - June 14, June 17 –June 28, July 8th-July 19th, and July 22 -August 2, with a cost of $50 per session. Classes are held from 10 - 10:50 a.m. and from 11 - 11:50 a.m. The minimum age for swimming lessons is four years old.
Workers will be at the pool on May 23 and May 24 if you want to stop by and schedule parties and swim lessons.
