Those who have the acting bug know the lure of the stage is strong. The PAC is in the planning stages of forming a drama club for the Paris community to promote community engagement.

Drama activities planned will be acting and dancing for all age groups from elementary through adults. The first performance will be a Medieval Banquet that is scheduled for Saturday, April 18, 2020. The PAC is looking for all ages to participate.

“If acting or dancing is not your cup of tea, we would encourage you to help with decorating, designing sets or props, serving the meal or dish washing, “ said PAC Executive Director Linda Hamilton.

The center will be holding sign ups for the play, “Anyone Could, But…,” at the Paris Arts Center located at 3216 East Walnut St. on Tuesday, March 3 at 5:00 p.m.

Hamilton said that the PAC is also needing young girls between ages 6-14 years to dance.

“If interested, please contact us. We will also help with providing costumes for the performance.”

For further information call Linda Hamilton at 264-7558 or Amber Mikles at 963-2371.

Anyone that would be interested is encouraged to call and register.
