The 1A-1W baseball conference has been taken over by the Scranton Rockets.

The Rockets have an unblemished record in conference play and, with a three-game lead in the standings and only two left to play, the Rockets have sealed up the conference title.

In two games, the Rockets have not allowed a run to conference rival County Line — beating them 11-0 and 10-0.  The Indians look to have second place secured in conference play.

Softball in the 1A-1W looks very similar.

Scranton has ran away from the pack and should finalize the conference title this week. They are unblemished in conference play and have only given up a single run to conference foes.

County Line has not been able to break through this season. Sitting winless in the conference standings, it will have a lot of work to do to make it past the region tournament.

Subiaco Academy has not seen the success in conference play that they experienced in the early season, which included two wins over Lamar. They sit in the cellar of the conference standings at 3-9, but have two wins over Ozark and one over Pottsville. They will have to pull some upset wins to advance in the postseason.
